VISION records attendance where the work actually happens — time, location and a photo on every punch — and turns it into payable salary without a spreadsheet.
What it is
An attendance system for workplaces where people are physically present. Employees punch in and out from their own phone. Each punch records the time, a GPS reading and a photo, and is only accepted inside the area the owner marked on a map.
Who it is for
Small and mid-sized businesses with staff on site — workshops, clinics, retail floors, production units. Anywhere a register is still being signed by hand, or a spreadsheet is being reconciled at the end of every month.
What is different
Attendance and payroll are the same system, not two that have to agree. A punch is recorded before the network is involved, so a dropped connection at 09:00 does not lose anyone’s day.
How it works
- 1
The owner sets up
Create the company, draw the office geofence on a map, set the day rules.
- 2
Employees join with the code
They sign up with your company code. You approve each one before they can record anything.
- 3
Everyone punches inside the geofence
Each punch captures the time, the GPS reading and a selfie, checked against the fence.
- 4
Payroll calculates itself
Present, half and absent days feed the salary calculation. No spreadsheet at month end.
Features
Live check-in and check-out with photo
Every punch carries a timestamped selfie.
GPS geofencing
Punches are checked against the area you drew, and told how far away they are.
Automatic half-day and absent
Late arrivals and short days are classified by your own cutoffs.
PF and allowance
Set a rate per person; it applies from the date you choose.
Payable salary calculation
Computed to the paisa in decimal arithmetic, never floating point.
Month calendar with festivals and week-offs
Colour-coded and lettered, so it reads without relying on colour.
Employee approval workflow
Nobody records attendance until the owner approves them.
Full audit history
Every change keeps who, what, when and why. The record cannot be rewritten.
Offline mode
Punches are stored on the device server-side and sync when the network returns.
How to create an account
Four steps either way. The owner creates the company; everyone else joins it.
